Linda Dean is a woman of passion! She is passionate about helping others break the bonds which have resulted from trauma and abuse thus keeping them from realizing their dreams, especially with the youth.
After years of working with an international corporation, Linda set out to achieve her dream a non-profit corporation devoted to helping counselors help their clients live a fuller life. The corporation is called, “Shaking off Shackles.” The name comes from Linda’s own experiences of shaking off the shackles in her life and her motto is, “Un-Healed Broken People Do Not Recycle” Shaking off Shackles sets in motion a plan to help people recycle back into life. A counselor herself, Linda knows firsthand the challenge counselors face in helping people reclaim their lives.
A native of Alabama, Linda now resides in Atlanta. She is active in the faith communities, there. She formerly served on the boards of Friends of the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) and the Andrew Young Center for Public Policy at Georgia State University. She is also on the Atlanta Board of People to People International Atlanta Chapter from which she travels the world extending a helping a hand to trauma victims everywhere. Recently, she was nominated by President Eisenhower’s granddaughter, Mary Eisenhower to serve as a new Trustee for People to People International. She has helped children in Haiti, assisted Holocaust and disabled survivors in Israel and counseled with torture victims in Albania and the children of Atlanta. She is a frequent speaker on the horrors of human trafficking and sexual abuse. Linda currently works in the Atlanta office of Former U. S. Senator Max Cleland, and is a frequent visitor to Washington.
Linda is a sought out speaker in women’s rights and human trafficking. Recently, she received the volunteer of the year reward for the Andrew & Walter Young YMCA (click here to view acceptance speech). Linda has two grown children, and is the proud grandmother of six grandchildren. Ross is the former Chairman of the Department of Community Health Board - the 3rd largest health plan in the United States with a $11.2 billion annual budget and 660,000 covered lives. He is the former Chairman of the Metro Atlanta United Way’s Health Access Board and former Chairman of the Board of Visitors of Georgia Regents University.
Ross serves on Emory’s Healthcare Advisory Board and is the current Chairman of the Commercialization Advisory Board for the Rick Hansen Institute in Vancouver, Canada. He serves on the Board of Directors of Street Grace - a nonprofit devoted to rescuing children who are being trafficked here in Atlanta and also serves as a Senior Fellow at the Georgia Public Policy Foundation - a nonprofit that works to improve the lives of Georgians through public policies that enhance economic opportunity and freedom.
Ross holds a bachelors degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech and a masters of business administration in finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Prior to Ross’ bike accident in 2007 that left him paralyzed from the collar bones down, Ross was actively involved in triathlons, wreck, cave, and ice diving, surfing, rock and ice climbing, and was a NASCAR certified driver.
Today, Ross is still very active consulting healthcare companies and, through his venture philanthropy, works with leading healthcare innovators to help bring solutions to some of today‘s most difficult health care challenges. Trey is a Georgia native who has been involved for over two decades in improving the world around him at the local, state, national and international levels as a business and community servant, entrepreneur, author & speaker and mentor.
Trey Ragsdale manages External Relations for Kaiser Permanente in Georgia. In this role, Ragsdale is responsible for securing government and community support for Kaiser Permanente’s healthcare initiatives throughout Georgia. Prior to his role at Kaiser Permanente, Trey held leadership positions at MARTA, United States Senate, King & Spalding Law Firm, The Coca-Coca Company and The White House.
Trey is extremely involved in the community serving on numerous corporate, civic and nonprofit boards throughout the world such as the Civic League for Regional Atlanta, Bank of North Georgia, Children’s Museum of Atlanta, HINRI, Northeast Georgia United Way, North Fulton Chamber of Commerce, Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, Fayette Chamber of Commerce, Conyers-Rockdale Chamber of Commerce, Cobb Chamber of Commerce, Athens Chamber of Commerce and People to People International Board of Directors (International).
He is the former Chairman of the DeKalb Housing Authority, former President and Lt. Genci Mucaj is a Diplomat, Educator, and a Businessman, with long and successful experience in areas calling for those skills. He is recognized as a reliable confident and trusted professional in all of his endeavors. Born on February 3rd, 1969, Mr. Muçaj is a native of Tirana, Albania, married with two children, ages 10 and 15.
December 2012: Decreed by the President of Albania as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Turkey (Resident), and to the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Georgia, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan

Over the years, he and his Language Schools in Albania (LSIA) and PTPI teams have been involved in such humanitarian activities as bringing hundreds of tons of food, clothing, medical supplies in large convoys to Albania, for distribution to over fifteen thousand individuals, and to charities, orphanages, and hospitals, all serving people in need. He arranged to house and feed hundreds of families 1996: Mr. Muçaj graduated from the University of Tirana, with specialization in English and American History, Literature and Language studies.
A world traveler, he has used his extensive training and experience in many dynamic activities during his diplomatic, educational, business and professional life.
Married for more than 15 years, this power couple literally joined forces to harness their individual gifts and talents to help others discover their purpose and to develop their passions. Herman & Shinelia Little of Nu Royal Group own and operates a strategic consulting firm that offers creative solutions for individuals, small businesses, faith-based organizations and artists. As licensed ministers and business professionals, the couple engages a balanced approach in their coaching curriculum which has successfully resulted in over 500 individuals and 50 organizations making a noticeable 180.
Through their non-profit organization, M.U.S.I.C. (Many Uniquely Serving In Concert) a substantial portion of their time, talents and income is used, with global partners, to try and end poverty and poor health in developing countries, as well as to revamp spiritual and educational systems within the United States that reinforces a lack of self-esteem and purpose.
The Little family currently resides in north suburb of Atlanta with their two teenage sons and loving boxer, Dolce.
Rhonda Wilkins, A 20+ year veteran in the Entertainment Industry is the CEO of Atlanta-based event marketing and production boutique, Divas Unlimited, Inc., that has been featured in numerous national media outlets. Mrs. Wilkins is best known as the Creator and Executive Producer of the two annual award galas, The Legendary Awards, benefiting the newly formed Legendary Awards Foundation and TheInfluenceHER Awards benefiting the March for Babies Campaign.
In February 2013, Divas Unlimited Inc. served as the official marketing partner for the Tony Award Winning Broadway Musical Fela!. The play was extremely successful and sold out three days into the five day run. Mrs. Wilkins and her strategic partners were able to bridge the importance of the history of Fela! and it’s roots to the civil rights movement in Atlanta by tying in Mayor Kasim Reed, city officials, local celebrities, Fela Ambassador and Associate Producer Ludacris Bridges to effective influence and educate the Atlanta community.
Mrs. Wilkins also serves as Executive Director for Glam Concierge, The Booking Agency, an Atlanta-based booking service for backstage productions of Fashion, Film, and Music industry events with satellite offices in New York and Los Angeles.

Mrs. Wilkins work has been featured on several networks BET, VH1, TV ONE and BRAVO as well as select magazines such as JET, SISTER 2 SISTER, UPSCALE JEZEBEL, to name a few.

John Wilkins is the CEO of Wilkins Marketing Group, a boutique consulting firm specializing in investor relations and business development. For the past 9 years, Mr. Wilkins has remained as strategic partner and business liaison for NBA Hall of Famer, Dominique Wilkins.
Mr. Wilkins is also a partner and COO of his spouse, Rhonda Wilkins’, company Diva’s Unlimited, Inc., an Atlanta-based event marketing and production boutique. Dallas has been active in the full-time ministry for over thirty years answering the call of the five-fold ministry as a servant-leader. She serves the Body of Christ in the fullness of the gifting of the Holy Spirit in order to build up, edify and encourage. She walks in both a Deborah and an Esther anointing. As a Prophetic Seer she has been able to discern the things of the spirit in order to release of the plans of God over a nation or region.
She is a licensed Ordained Minister, holds an earned Doctor of Theology and a Master of Divinity, graduating summa cum laude. Dallas is Chairman and Founder of Lightbearers International and serves with several National and International Apostolic Intercessory Organizations. She serves as both as a personal and corporate level intercessor, working with profit and nonprofit organizations, seeking strategic insights in order for them to accomplish their personal and corporate visions. She has a heart for Israel, her land and her people.
Scott and Karen Allen have served together in the public and private sectors as born again Christians for over 40 years.
Scott is a business graduate of the University of Georgia, has a Masters Degree in Logistics Management, and is a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel with years of experience leading small businesses and non-profits.
During a 20 year Air Force career, Scott negotiated and managed numerous multi-million dollar contracts with the defense industry; served as Dean of Leadership and Management at a military college to prepare officers to be commanders, and was base commander of a facility with 10,000 employees and $30 billion in assets.
Since then Scott has gained extensive experience in Atlanta working in the small business sector as a VP for sales and operations of a fuel systems company, VP for sales and construction of a $50 million office condominium project, and as a Human Resource Manager for a small furniture chain.
Karen has an Associates Degree in Interior Design and served a diverse clientele of home and business owners with their interior design needs for over 20 years.
Recently, Scott and Karen have volunteered their time to serving non-profit organizations. They helped found the Atlanta Transformation League (ATL), a multi-cultural non-profit corporation mobilizing Christians and Jews to solve Atlanta problems with Divine solutions; and Israel365 … A Georgia Federation of Christians for Israel. Scott and Karen both served ten years on the Georgia state leadership team for Christians United for Israel (CUFI), the largest Christian Zionist organization in the world with over 2 million members. During that time, Scott and Karen led hundreds of Georgia delegates annually to the CUFI Washington DC Summit, gaining vital support for Israel on Capitol Hill.
Scott and Karen are ambassadors of Jesus Christ everywhere they go. They have three sons and seven grandchildren. They now reside in Kennesaw, GA and are active members in the church.
Matt Friedman is an international human trafficking expert with more than 25 years of experience as an activist, program designer, evaluator, and manager.
From 2006 to 2012, Friedman was the Regional Project Manager of the United Nations Inter-Agency Project on Human Trafficking (UNIAP) in Thailand, an inter-agency coordinating body that links the United Nations system with governments and civil society groups in China, Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam. Prior to this (1991-2006), Friedman worked for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Thailand, Bangladesh and Nepal. During this period, he designed and managed both country and regional human trafficking programs, helped to establish a counter- trafficking regional training center, and participated in resource mobilization and production of two award-winning international films about sex trafficking in Nepal and India.
Friedman is also a technical advisor to numerous governments working to stop slavery. He is frequently cited in the news media on issues related to human trafficking and slavery in Southeast Asia and invited to speak at major conferences around the world. He is the author of nine books, on subjects ranging from human trafficking to the ancient art of Bangladesh metal casting.
